Apply for pre-approval at the medical centre after confirming the eligible day case treatments are medically necessary.

You will be notified of the result of your application4 and cashless amount5 within 3 working days.

  1. The service is eligible to designated medical plans and subject to terms and conditions. This service is a special administrative arrangement and not a regular product feature. Manulife reserves the right to terminate this service at any time without prior notice.
  2. Please visit the Office for Regulation of Private Healthcare Facilities website under the Department of Health https://www.directory.orphf.gov.hk/Directory/en/Home/Home to view each day procedure centre’s licensing status.
  3. Please indicate identity of Manulife customer and want to use Manulife Cashless Day Surgery eService at the time of appointment.
  4. If your pre-approval application is declined, you will be required to pay the pre-consultation fee at the day case surgery center.
  5. For fees not included in your coverage, please pay the day surgery center directly.
