Patrick Graham is Chief Executive Officer of Manulife (International) Limited, overseeing Manulife's business across Hong Kong and Macau. He is also a member of Manulife’s Asia Division Executive Committee and Global Leadership Team.
Patrick has more than 25 years of leadership experience in the insurance and financial services industry, along with a track record of delivering results at scale both regionally and in multiple geographies across Asia.
Prior to Manulife, Patrick spent 11 years at Cigna in various roles. His last role was CEO, Asia Pacific. Before Cigna, he spent 14 years in various senior executive roles at GE Capital in Thailand, China, Japan and the US. He also served as Director and Treasurer of the US-ASEAN Business Council for almost three years.
Patrick serves as the Deputy Chairman of the Life Insurance Council (LIC) and is a Governing Committee (GC) Member of the Hong Kong Federation of Insurers (HKFI). He also holds the positions of Chairman of the Task Force on Customer Advocacy within the GC and Chairman of the Legal Working Group of the LIC.
Patrick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from QMW College, University of London and is a proud father, avid hiker and appreciator of wine.
Andy Bruce is Chief Information Officer for Hong Kong and Macau, Manulife (International) Limited. As a member of Manulife Hong Kong’s senior management team, Mr. Bruce is responsible for leading the company's digital transformation initiatives, driving innovation, delivering information technology programs to meet business goals, and ensuring the stability and reliability of systems to enhance the experience of customers and distributors.
Mr. Bruce is a seasoned digital, data, and technology leader with over 25 years of technology transformation and leadership experience across Europe, North America, and Asia, spanning infrastructure, applications, cloud and enterprise architecture. He has a proven track record of bringing people together to foster change within diverse markets and achieving results in complex environments.
Mr. Bruce joined Manulife from AIA Group, where he served as the Regional Chief Technology Officer, providing vision and leadership to design and deliver technological, digital, and customer-centric transformational programs. Before joining the insurance industry, he held leading roles in the investment banking and telecommunications sectors.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Brighton.
Ivan Chan is Chief Distribution Officer for Hong Kong and Macau, Manulife (International) Limited, where he is responsible for driving the company’s business growth by leveraging all distribution channels, including agency, banks and brokers, and developing a holistic distribution strategy for both markets.
Mr. Chan joined Manulife in 1999 and has since taken up various cross-market leadership roles in both individual insurance marketing and agency operations. He was appointed the Chief Agency Development Officer of Manulife Insurance Berhad, Malaysia in 2011, and headed up Business Development, Individual Financial Products for Hong Kong in 2014.
In 2017, Mr. Chan was promoted to Vice President and Head of Business Development, Distribution Operations, where he contributed to the expansion of Hong Kong’s individual insurance business and the marketing of a wide range of insurance solutions through agency and other distribution channels. He also led the Distribution Training and Development, Agency Recruitment and Sales Promotion teams. In 2018, he became Chief Partnership Distribution Officer, overseeing the distribution of Manulife products to independent institutions in Hong Kong spanning banks, brokers and individual financial advisers. He was appointed as Chief Agency Officer in 2021, taking charge of the ongoing development of Manulife's growth-focused agency force in Hong Kong and Macau and responsible for driving agency productivity and professionalism.
Mr. Chan was named one of the company’s Global Stars of Excellence in 2015 and awarded the Asia Stars of Excellence on two prior occasions. He holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute.
Vinky Chu is Chief Risk Officer for Hong Kong and Macau at Manulife (International) Limited, and Head of Asia Operational Risk Management at Manulife Asia. Ms. Chu leads the operational risk management efforts in Manulife’s Hong Kong and Macau operations, and is responsible for establishing an enterprise risk-management framework, promoting a risk-awareness culture, and facilitating effective discussion in the company’s Hong Kong Risk Committee. Additionally, she drives the implementation of robust and future-proof operational risk management frameworks and strategies across Manulife’s Asia segment to safeguard the stability and resilience of its operations.
Ms. Chu has been with Manulife since 2014, having spent the early years of her career in actuarial and M&A functions. She was previously Head of Asia Product & Insurance Risk Management at Manulife Asia.
Ms. Chu holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Toronto and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and the Canadian Institute of Actuaries (FCIA).
Jeanie Ho is Head of Hong Kong & Macau Retirement at Manulife (International) Limited, where she leads innovative initiatives to drive the company's pension business. With expertise in strategic planning, project management, business development, distribution management, digital transformation, marketing, and customer engagement, Jeanie has been instrumental in steering high-performing teams to achieve strategic goals and objectives for the pension business. She is a member of Manulife Hong Kong’s senior management team.
Jeanie joined the Manulife Hong Kong Retirement team in 2011 and has played an important part in marketing and strategic development of Manulife's MPF brand as well as overseeing the planning, development, and driving of the entire book of work for the Hong Kong Retirement business. In her previous role as Deputy Head of Hong Kong and Macau Retirement, she has been responsible for the strategic oversight of business development, distribution management, development and enhancement of digital and non-digital properties for Manulife's pension business in Hong Kong. She also leads communication and event management for distribution channels. Prior to joining the Hong Kong Retirement team, she was a strong contributor to Manulife’s agency operations and corporate communications team in Hong Kong.

Wilton Kee is Chief Financial Officer, Manulife (International) Limited. As a member of Manulife Hong Kong’s senior management team, Mr. Kee oversees the company's financial functions including financial reporting, planning and control, capital management and planning, asset-liability management, treasury and other finance-related matters. He is also responsible for driving performance management and accountability for the company's business results, as well as a wide range of strategic project initiatives across the Hong Kong and Macau business.
Mr. Kee joined Manulife in 2013 as Assistant Vice President and Pricing Officer for Individual Financial Products in Hong Kong, overseeing its marketing actuarial functions. He became Vice President and Chief Product Officer for Individual Financial Products in 2016, leading the overall strategy and direction of the company’s individual insurance business. In 2020, he assumed additional responsibility as Head of Health and led the company's health business in Hong Kong and Macau covering both individual and group life and health solutions.
Mr. Kee has solid experience in actuarial pricing, financial reporting and risk management, both in Hong Kong and Japan. He spent the earlier part of his career in the Asia regional office of a leading international insurance group.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Hong Kong and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) of the United States. He has also attained the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) designation issued by the Global Association of Risk Professionals and holds a Certificate in Quantitative Finance (CQF).
Donna Kirmani is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Manulife (International) Limited. She is accountable for driving the people agenda to support business goals, as well as enabling a great employee experience and cultivating a high performing culture. She leads talent and leadership development and provides thought leadership to ensure high organization effectiveness and efficiencies.
Ms. Kirmani joined Manulife in 2016 to lead the executive recruitment for the Wealth and Asset Management Business in Asia. She was later promoted to the position of Human Resources Business Partner for Asia covering a number of regional functions from Distribution, Technology, Operations, Marketing, Advanced Analytics, Customer Experience to Human Resources.
Prior to Manulife, Ms. Kirmani worked at Korn Ferry in executive recruitment and consulting for Asia Pacific. Earlier in her career, she worked in training consultancy and experiential learning, and started her career in Human Resources with the Home Affairs Department in the Hong Kong SAR Government in 2000.
Ms. Kirmani holds a Bachelor degree in Natural Sciences and a Master’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Cambridge, UK.
Danny Lee is Vice President, Financial Management for Hong Kong and Macau, Manulife (International) Limited. As a member of Manulife Hong Kong’s senior management team, he is responsible for leading the company's financial optimization, distribution compensation and in-force management.
Mr. Lee joined Manulife in 2004 and has been pivotal in implementing a successful product strategy for the company's customers and distributors. In 2016 he was promoted to Assistant Vice President and Pricing Officer, where he played an instrumental role in establishing effective product mix management for the company. He expanded his role in 2020 when he was appointed as Assistant Vice President and Pricing Officer & Distribution Compensation, where he led the company's efforts to re-calibrate its distribution compensation to drive business growth and value. He was appointed as Chief Product Officer, Hong Kong and Macau in 2022 and was responsible for overseeing the company’s product development, pricing, and distribution compensation functions.
As a qualified actuary with 20 years of solid experience in the industry, Mr. Lee also has extensive knowledge of business strategy, product design, and valuation of various product types and distribution channels.

Alice Li is Chief Communications Officer for Hong Kong and Macau, Manulife (International) Limited. As a member of Manulife Hong Kong’s senior management team, Ms. Li is responsible for leading strategy development for external and internal communication goals, building corporate reputation and a culture of pride, and promoting the company's global Impact Agenda, aligned with Manulife’s global communications team and strategy.

Celia Ling is Chief Marketing Officer for Hong Kong and Macau, Manulife (International) Limited. As a member of Manulife Hong Kong’s senior management team, Ms. Ling leads the marketing operations and develops innovative and customer-centric marketing strategies that align with Manulife’s strategic priorities. She is also responsible for executing the company’s digital roadmap by harnessing data analytics, customer insights, Net Promoter Score, and digital platforms to drive its transformation into a digital, customer-centric leader in the industry.
Ms. Ling is a seasoned marketer with over 25 years of extensive experience in the insurance industry. She has a proven track record of designing and implementing strategic marketing plans, developing innovative customer engagement platforms, spearheading digital health and wellness programs, and driving business growth for leading global insurers across Asia.
Prior to joining Manulife, she held multiple roles at AIA Group, including being the first Chief Customer Officer of China and the Director of Group Health and Wellness Business Development. Before that, she served in senior positions in marketing and distributions at AXA and Allianz, having worked in several Asia-Pacific markets including Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia and Taiwan.
Ms. Ling holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Science with a major in Government and Public Administration and a minor in Law from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Albert Mak is Chief Agency Officer (CAO) for Hong Kong and Macau, Manulife (International) Limited and a member of Manulife Hong Kong’s senior management team. In his role as CAO, Mr. Mak leads various agency functions to drive the profitable growth and development of Manulife’s agency force in both markets, ensuring that sales, productivity, and recruitment goals are met with quality standards.
Mr. Mak joined Manulife in May 2019 as Head of DBS Bancassurance, Assistant Vice President. His role expanded in December 2021 to lead the company’s Business Development and Training team for both bancassurance partners, DBS and China CITIC Bank International. Since January 2023, he had led our agency’s Business Development and Training team, where he was instrumental in driving strong sales performance and new initiatives, such as the establishment of the Private Wealth Planning team, which plays a pivotal role in capturing high-net-worth business for the agency channel.
Before joining Manulife, Mr. Mak had over 15 years of extensive experience with HSBC Insurance, Standard Chartered Bank, and HSBC, focused on sales strategies and team development.

Darren Thompson is Chief Product Officer for Hong Kong and Macau, Manulife (International) Limited. As a member of Manulife Hong Kong’s senior management team, Mr. Thompson is responsible for leading the company’s product development and pricing functions for Hong Kong and Macau.
Mr. Thompson joined Manulife in the year 2000 and has extensive experience across Manulife’s global operations, ranging from US product development and pricing, Canadian life and health pricing to Corporate Asset & Liability Management. His experience at Manulife as well as a prior company accounts for more than 30 years of life insurance industry and leadership experience. Prior to his current role, Mr Thompson led the management of Manulife Asia’s inforce businesses across the region and was based in Hong Kong, after having joined from Manulife Singapore where he was promoted to VP, Chief Product Officer & Chief Customer Officer in 2018 and held those roles from 2018 to 2023, during which time he led the product, pricing and marketing functions.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics & Physics from St Mary’s University in Halifax, Canada and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA) of the United States, in addition to being a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries.
Michael Ting is General Counsel (Legal and Compliance), Hong Kong and Macau, Manulife (International) Limited. Mr. Ting heads up the Hong Kong and Macau legal and compliance functions at Manulife. He is responsible to build and maintain the overall legal and compliance framework of the company. He provides legal and compliance advice to the senior management team that is essential to the planning and execution of Manulife’s business strategies.
Mr. Ting has more than 20 years of solid and extensive experience in legal and compliance areas. Prior to joining Manulife, he held various senior legal and/or compliance positions at local or regional level with various major life insurers in Hong Kong.
He holds a Juris Doctor degree from the United States and is a qualified lawyer in Hong Kong, the United States and the United Kingdom. He started off his career in private practice as a litigator for insurance companies.
Carrie Tong is Chief Operations Officer for Hong Kong and Macau, Manulife (International) Limited. As a member of Manulife Hong Kong’s senior management team, she is responsible for driving operational strategies and leading its core insurance operations such as underwriting, claims, policy administration, and customer service functions. Ms. Tong plays a pivotal role in driving the company's customer experience agenda by developing more customer-centric services.
Joining Manulife in 2015 as Head of Asia Strategy, Ms. Tong was instrumental in leading the company’s strategy development and business planning, driving its business transformation, and executing its strategic project agenda across the region. She was appointed as Chief Strategy Officer for Hong Kong and Macau in 2020, where she oversaw a number of successful projects related to the company's ongoing investments in expanding its agency and business footprint.
Ms. Tong assumed the expanded role of Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Macau Branch for Manulife Hong Kong and Macau in January 2022. In this role, she also spearheaded a wide range of business initiatives such as driving operational efficiencies across the Macau operations and strengthening synergies in the GBA.
Prior to Manulife, Ms. Tong worked at the Hong Kong Jockey Club overseeing new markets development and partnerships. Previously, she worked as a senior consultant at Bain & Company, and began her career at Willis Towers Watson in Toronto.
She holds an MBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University, Canada.
Thaddeus Yu is Chief Strategy Officer for Hong Kong and Macau and Head of Macau Branch at Manulife (International) Limited. As a member of Manulife Hong Kong’s senior management team, Mr. Yu is responsible for setting the overall strategic priorities of the business in Hong Kong and Macau, and driving Manulife's growth strategies in both markets. Additionally, he assumes overall accountability for the Macau operations and heads up the company’s Strategic Project Management Office to create value-driven synergies across its portfolio of projects.
Mr. Yu joined Manulife’s Asia Strategy team in 2021 taking charge of strategy development, spearheading Asia's critical business initiatives and providing guidance to strategic projects. He was also responsible for managing the Asia CEO office, and his constant focus on prioritization for performance has led to significant efficiency gains and the promotion of a faster and simpler culture.
With over 15 years of insurance industry experience, spanning various local and regional positions at Cigna, AIA and Bank of Montreal Insurance, Mr. Yu is a qualified actuary with extensive expertise across actuarial, health, and strategy domains. His knowledge and skills play a critical role in accelerating the growth and success of Manulife's business in Hong Kong and Macau.
Mr. Yu graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Mathematics in Actuarial Science & Statistics and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA). He also holds a Master of Economics from the University of Hong Kong and a Master of Laws from the University of London.
