We encourage you to contact your insurance advisor or call our Customer Service Hotline to discuss the options open to you for your policy and fully understand any associated impact on your coverage and/or future benefits.
If you would still like to surrender your policy, please complete the Application for Maturity Withdrawal/Surrender (Traditional/Universal Life Policy) Form (for policies issued in Hong Kong) or Application for Policy Payment (Traditional Policy) Form (for policies issued in Macau) and submit it to us with the required document(s) below.
ILAS policy owners: please contact your insurance advisor for detailed guidance on policy surrender.
Legal entities: if the policy owner is a legal entity (for example, a company), please contact your insurance advisor for detailed guidance on the relevant procedure and required documents for policy surrender.
