Protect your personal data by keeping your Manulife customer website login password safe and change your password regularly.  Manulife will never call you or send any SMS/email asking for your Manulife customer website login password. Stay vigilant for suspicious phone calls, emails, websites, apps and hyperlinks embedded in instant electronic messages, etc. allegedly related to Manulife. If you receive any calls claiming to be from Manulife, authenticate the caller’s identity (e.g. full name of the advisor and his/her Insurance/MPF Intermediary License No. or full name of the Manulife customer service officer). If the caller refuses to disclose such information, please do not continue with the conversation. Also, if you notice any suspicious transaction activities in your account with Manulife, or any account that is under your name but not set up by you, please inform us immediately. How to use MPF / Pension Fund Price Alert?

Step 1:   Log into the Manulife HK mobile app and tap on “Fund / investment choice price alert” in the Homepage or “Portfolio” page. If you hold both MPF / ORSO / Pension and Investment Funds account, you can choose to set up either “MPF / ORSO / Pension” or “Investment-linked assurance scheme” target price alert in the next page.

Step 2:  If you have not activated the push notification service in your mobile device / app, please follow the instructions to enable the service.

Step 3:  Read and agree to the “Terms and Conditions”.

Step 4:  If you have accounts in more than one scheme (MPF / ORSO / Macau Pension), please select “scheme type” [1] first in the “Select fund” page. Then choose the fund you want to set up fund price alert for and tap on the "add alert" icon to add your instruction [2].

Step 5:  In the “Set fund price alert” page,

  • Input your “Target unit price” [3]
  • Choose the effective period (10 / 30 / 60 / 90 /180 days) from the "Expiry date" menu [4]

Afterward, tap on the “Confirm” to set up the instruction.

Step 6:  After setting up fund price alert, you can view all active instructions in the “Watch list” page.

To set up another alert, please tap on “Add alert” in the page and repeat step 4 and 5 above.

Step 7:  When the target unit prices set in your instructions are reached, you will receive push notifications to your mobile device with the Manulife HK mobile app installed. You can also check all your instructions with target prices reached or expired in the past 180 days in the app notification center.
