Beware of scams! Do not provide bank, credit card, investment, insurance and MPF account or other key personal information via hyperlinks embedded in suspicious messages purported to be coming from our institution!

Protect your personal data by keeping your Manulife customer website login password safe and change your password regularly.  Manulife will never call you or send any SMS/email asking for your Manulife customer website login password. Stay vigilant for suspicious phone calls, emails, websites, apps and hyperlinks embedded in instant electronic messages, etc. allegedly related to Manulife. If you receive any calls claiming to be from Manulife, authenticate the caller’s identity (e.g. full name of the advisor and his/her Insurance/MPF Intermediary License No. or full name of the Manulife customer service officer). If the caller refuses to disclose such information, please do not continue with the conversation. Also, if you notice any suspicious transaction activities in your account with Manulife, or any account that is under your name but not set up by you, please inform us immediately.   • You may choose to settle the premium with your credit card or bank account through internet banking services. Payment or transfer limit is subject to a daily transaction limit as determined by different banks and individual account settings. If you have any enquiries, please contact your bank.

  1. Input 3949971 as the payee and ensure payee name is “Manulife (Intl) Ltd”
  2. Input the Payable Amount
  3. Input your 10-digit Policy Number in the “Bill Number” or “Message to Payee” field
    •   Numbers only, no letters or symbols
    •   May also be called “Bill Reference”, “Transaction Reference Number”, “Remarks”, “Notes” or similar

  • FPS QR codes will only be shown on Premium Notices or after logging into our website or the Manulife HK mobile app (simply log in, select your desired policy and open the “Premium payment” tab), if applicable. The payable amount will be shown in Hong Kong dollars or its equivalent.
  • Manulife reserves the right to arrange refunds to the payor's account via the original payment channel.
  • FPS Daily transaction limits and its payment arrangement vary by bank and individual account settings. Please contact relevant banks/parties for details.

▪ Online submission

  • For customers holding policies other than Investment-Linked Assurance Schemes, you may submit your Direct Debit Authorization request online after log in to Manulife customer website for autopay from HKD account, or change your existing autopay bank account number.
  • After login, please select “Payment > Set up direct debit authorization”. Fill in the relevant information and submit.
