  1. Applicable to individual and insured member of group medical policies only. Manulife may, without prior notification, offer or suspend the service at its discretion.
  2. For outpatient: each receipt amount up to HKD3,000. Outpatient claims cover consultations with general practitioners or specialists, Chinese medical practitioners, x-ray and laboratory fees, etc. For hospitalization: each receipt amount up to HKD3,000; hospitalization claims cover hospitalization or outpatient surgery, pre- and post-hospitalization care, etc.
  3. Applicable to outpatient claims only.
  4. Please keep your original receipts and documents for 90 days upon completion of the claim as we may request them for verification.
  5. For use by Manulife group medical insurance customers searching for doctors in the Manulife network.
  6. For use by Manulife group medical insurance customers during their consultations with doctors in the Manulife network.
