Manulife proudly supports the core programme of the facade of M+, one of the most prominent landmarks in Hong Kong’s iconic skyline. Starting from 21 June 2024, audiences can enjoy a selection of brand-new animated videos showcasing numerous museum objects, alongside moving image works between 6-7pm and 9-10pm.
Facing Victoria Harbour, the M+ Facade is one of the world’s largest media facades, visible to audiences up to 1.5 kilometres away on Hong Kong Island. It extends the reach of the M+ Collections beyond the walls of the museum, enabling a direct dialogue between visual art, design and architecture, and moving image, and the vibrant visual culture of the city. The M+ Facade programmes offer moments of play, humour, intellectual reflection, and meditative contemplation, sparking lively conversations with the surrounding cityscape and the people of Hong Kong.
