Manulife has recently identified fraudulent SMS messages claiming to be from “Manulife” or “宏利”. These messages claim that the recipient has taken out a savings insurance policy and that a payment will be deducted from an account in the recipient’s name. They also provide a suspicious phone number and encourage the recipient to call for enquiries or cancellation. Please note that these SMS messages and their contents are fraudulent and were not issued by Manulife.
If you receive any SMS message or link that appears suspicious or claims to be from Manulife, please do not reply to the message, call the phone number provided in the message, click on or open any links within the message, or provide any personal or financial information. Please delete the message immediately.
Manulife will only send SMS messages to Hong Kong mobile numbers using a Registered SMS Sender ID that begins with "#Manulife".
In addition, Manulife will never ask customers to provide credit card details or any sensitive personal information via SMS, email or embedded links, nor will we make any time-limited payment collection arrangements through such channels.

The promotion period of this campaign is from 1 September 2024 to 30 September 2024 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).
This MPF Goes Paperless Campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by Manulife (International) Limited (Incorporated in Bermuda with limited liability) (“Manulife”).
This Campaign is only available to Manulife MPF members (“Members”). The first 8,000 members who fulfil the following requirements (“Eligible members”) will be entitled for a $50 supermarket e-Voucher (the “e-Voucher”):
a) e-Statement /e-Notice Service (“e-Service”) were not chosen before the promotion period according to Manulife's record.
b) Successfully opt for e-Services on Manulife HK mobile app (the "App") or customer website during the promotion period.
c) Must have a valid mobile phone number and/or email address recorded with Manulife for the purpose of sending an electronic voucher link.
Members can only participate in the Campaign once during the Promotion Period.
Eligible members will receive the e-Voucher link via the mobile number and/or email address registered with Manulife on or before 30 November 2024.
The use of the said e-Voucher is governed by the terms and conditions stipulated by the merchant. For redemption details, Eligible members can refer to the terms and conditions stated in the e-Voucher.
Each Eligible member can only redeem the e-Voucher once.
The e-Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash and is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
The App can be downloaded from Apple App Store and Google Play and only runs in mobile devices that meet minimum operating system requirements.
Manulife shall accept no responsibility for not being able to contact the Eligible member or for the unsuccessful delivery of the e-Voucher due to the Eligible member’s inaccurate, invalid, or incomplete mobile number or email address on Manulife’s record.
Manulife and the merchant reserve the right to adjust the quotas of the e-Voucher for this Campaign, amend all relevant terms and conditions, and terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
Manulife has the sole and absolute discretion in determining member’s eligibility to participate in the Campaign. Manulife reserves the right to claw back the e-Voucher from any of the Eligible members who fail to meet the requirements specified under clause 3 hereof.
Manulife shall not be liable for any damages, losses, claims, costs or proceedings that may be incurred or suffered by the Eligible members as a result of their participation in the Campaign (if any).
Eligible members acknowledge, agree and accept that Manulife is not the supplier of the goods and services to be provided under the use of the e-Voucher and Manulife shall not be assumed of any responsibility or held liable for any obligations and liabilities to the goods and services provided in relation to the e-Voucher. The use of the e-Voucher shall be subject to the terms and conditions as stipulated by the merchant from time to time.
In the event of any dispute arising from the Campaign, including these terms and conditions, the decision of Manulife shall be final and conclusive.
Should there be any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
