“Manulife Easy Win Lucky Draw”
Terms and Conditions

1. This lucky draw (“Lucky Draw”) is organized by Manulife (International) Limited (Incorporated in Bermuda with limited liability) (the “Organizer” or “Manulife”). By participating in the Lucky Draw, the participants shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. The Lucky Draw is open to individuals who fulfill all the following requirements (each an "Eligible Participant"):

a. he / she is either (i) a permanent resident of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China ("Hong Kong") holding a valid Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card ("Permanent Resident") or (ii) a non-permanent resident of Hong Kong holding a valid Hong Kong Identity Card ("Non-permanent Resident"); and

b. he / she is a customer of Manulife (International) Limited (Incorporated in Bermuda with limited liability) and successfully logs into Manulife's new customer website (https://individuallogin.manulife.com.hk/thf/auth/signIn) at least once, with his / her own account, during the time period from December 1, 2021 (00:00) to December 31, 2021 (23:59).

3. Staff employed under Manulife or its affiliates (“affiliates” means any person or entity directly or indirectly controlling, controlled by or under common control with Manulife) are not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw.

4. Winners of the Lucky Draw (each a “Winner”) will be drawn on January 24, 2022 among the Eligible Participants randomly. A total of 250 prizes of limited miniature bus model and 15,000 prizes of HKD100 PARKnSHOP / foodpanda e-Cash voucher (each a "Prize") will be given out to the Winners.

5. Each Eligible Participant can get one Lucky Draw chance to win one Prize only.

6. The result of the Lucky Draw will be announced on the Manulife Website (https://www.manulife.com.hk/en/individual.html), and published in Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on January 28, 2022. The Winners will also be notified by SMS and / or email via the mobile phone number and / or e-mail address according to Manulife's record of his / her Manulife’s account contact information.

7. Manulife shall accept no responsibility for not being able to contact the Winner; for unsuccessful delivery of SMS and/or email due to inaccurate, invalid or incomplete contact information of the Winner in Manulife’s record; or for any failure of the Winner to receive/redeem the Prize after successful delivery of SMS and/or email.

8. Each Winner is required to redeem the Prize in person according to the instructions provided to him / her by the Organizer via SMS and/or email.

9. No Winner is entitled to request for any alternative gift or payment of cash in substitution of his / her Prize.

10. Manulife can disqualify the Eligible Participant from participating in the Lucky Draw if:

a. he / she does not own an active Manulife's new customer website account at the time the Winners are announced; or

b. he / she is involved in any suspected or actual fraudulent act.

11. No person other than the Eligible Participants and the Organizer will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions.

12. All interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of the Organizer. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with the Lucky Draw, Manulife’s decision shall be final and conclusive.

13. The Lucky Draw is held within Hong Kong. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong and each Eligible Participant submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

14. In the event of inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of the contents of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail. The Chinese version is for reference purpose only.
