“Manulife presents Twins Spirit it live in Hong Kong” Tickets Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”)

  1. This lucky draw (“Lucky Draw”) is organized by Manulife (International) Limited (Incorporated in Bermuda with limited liability) (“Manulife”). The campaign period is valid from 23 November 2023 at 9 a.m. to 26 December 2023 at 11:59 p.m. (Hong Kong Time) (“Campaign Period”). By participating in the Lucky Draw, the participants are deemed to have read, accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  2. The Lucky Draw (include 2 parts in total) is open to individuals who fulfil the following requirements (each an “Eligible Participant”):
        Part 1:
            ·         Participants must be aged 18 or above at the time of registration for entry to the Lucky Draw;
            ·         Holders of a valid Hong Kong Identity Card;
            ·         Participants must successfully submit their personal information on the designated campaign website (https://www.manulife.com.hk/en/individual/promotions/concertluckydraw2023.html)(“Campaign Website”) during the Campaign Period, including name (which must be the same as the name on the Hong Kong Identity Card), the first four alphanumeric characters of Hong Kong Identity Card number, phone number, email address and Manulife MPF account number (applicable to Manulife MPF customers only); and
            ·         Each phone number and email address can only be submitted once. Any repeated submission will be considered invalid.
    Part 2:

            ·         Participants who fulfil all the requirements in part 1; and
            ·         Select to meet up with a financial advisor of Manulife or Manulife's distribution partner (if the participant’s latest policy was purchased through Manulife's distribution partner) on the Campaign Website during the Campaign Period; or
    schedule a meeting with a financial advisor of Manulife or Manulife's distribution partner, including but not limited to contacting his/her financial advisor at Manulife or Manulife's distribution partner to make arrangement, requesting a meeting through the Manulife website or hotline during the Campaign Period. (Please refer to clause 10)

  3. Eligible Participant who logs into Manulife Hong Kong customer website (https://individuallogin.manulife.com.hk) or Manulife Hong Kong mobile application during the Campaign Period will get an extra chance to enter each part of the Lucky Draw, giving them a total of 2 chances to enter the Lucky Draw in each part. Eligible Participant must ensure that the information provided on the Campaign Website matches the information registered in the Manulife system in order to secure additional lucky draw chances of each part of the Lucky Draw.

  4. Manulife will draw 110 winners in total from participants who have completed the requirements in each part of the Lucky Draw. The details of the prize(s) for each part are as follow (“Prize(s)”):
        Part 1:  Manulife will draw 100 winners and each winner will receive two HK$680 tickets to “Manulife presents Twins Spirit Since 2001 Live in Hong Kong”.
        Part 2:  Manulife will draw 10 winners and each winner will receive two HK$1,080 tickets to “Manulife presents Twins Spirit Since 2001 Live in Hong Kong”.

  5. Each Eligible Participant can win only once at most in each part of the Lucky Draw (please refer to clause 4). The winner must present his/her original copy of valid Hong Kong Identity Card for verification when collecting the Prize(s).

  6. If any information Eligible Participant provided to Manulife for the Lucky Draw (including but not limited to the name, phone number and email address) is/are incorrect, untrue, incomplete, or invalid, relevant Eligible Participant will lose the eligibility for participating in this Lucky Draw.

  7. Manulife financial advisors are not allowed to participate in this Lucky Draw. Staff employed under Manulife or its affiliates (“affiliates” means any person or entity directly or indirectly controlling, controlled by or under common control with Manulife) are eligible for participating in this Lucky Draw.

  8. The Prize(s) cannot be exchanged, transferred, returned or redeemed for cash, other products or services under all circumstances. Winners will not be allowed to choose the seats and concert show date. The Prize(s) can only be used within the period specified on the ticket. Each ticket admits one person only. Photocopies are not accepted. The venue of the concert may be temporarily closed or suspended upon occurrence of any events beyond the control of the Prize(s) supplier, including but not limited to the outbreak of infectious diseases or inclement weather (including but not limited to the hoisting of Tropical Cyclone Signal No.8 or higher, or Black Rainstorm warnings) on the date of the concert. Winners should abide by all arrangements of the Prize(s) supplier. The Prize(s) supplier reserves the right to reschedule the concert without prior notice. No compensation, reissuing or refund of Prize(s)s will be arranged. Use of the Prize(s)s shall be subject to Terms and Conditions of the Prize(s) supplier, otherwise the Prize(s) supplier has the right to refuse such persons to enter the venue.

  9. Winners will be drawn among Eligible Participants by computer system randomly on 3 January 2024 (“Winners”) and announcement of Winners will be published on Manulife website (www.manulife.com.hk) on 9 January 2024. Winners will be notified about the Prize(s) collection arrangement via email and/or SMS within 5 working days after the Winners list is published. The notification email and/or SMS will be sent to the email address and /or phone number provided by the Winners for Lucky Draw participation. In addition, the announcement of Winners will also be published in The Standard and Sing Tao Daily in Hong Kong on 9 January 2024. If the Winners fail to collect the Prize(s) within the specified Prize(s) collection period for whatever reason, they will be disqualified and will have their Prize(s) forfeited without further notice. Manulife reserves the rights to deal with all forfeited Prize(s) in any manner deemed fit.

  10. Winners of part 2 of the Lucky Draw must complete a meeting with financial advisor of Manulife or Manulife's distribution partner (if the Winner’s latest policy was purchased through Manulife's distribution partner) on or before 9 January 2024 in order to receive the Prize(s). Otherwise, the Winners will be disqualified and will not be entitled to receive the Prize(s).

  11. Manulife is not responsible for verifying the email address and/or phone number submitted by Eligible Participant for participating in the Lucky Draw. Should there be any misdelivery of email / SMS notification resulted from inaccurate / incorrect information submitted by the Eligible Participant, Manulife will not re-issue the Prize(s).

  12. If the participants or Winners violate any applicable rules / regulations or commit any illegal acts that result in any losses on the part of Manulife or any third parties, the relevant participants or Winners shall be liable for all the losses.

  13. Email / SMS notification or other Prize(s) redemption documents issued to the Winners will not be re-issued in case of loss or damage.

  14. If for any reason Lucky Draw is not capable of running as planned, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, worms, trojan horses, denial of service attacks, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Manulife that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of Lucky Draw, Manulife reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual(s) who tamper with the entry process without prior notice.

  15. Manulife is not the supplier of the Prize(s) or the organizer of the concert and shall not be liable for any responsibilities regarding the use or enjoyment of the Prize(s) and shall not be responsible or liable for the availability and quality of the concert. Any disputes arising from the Prize(s) or the concert shall be resolved by the Winners and the supplier / organizer directly. The use of the Prize(s) is subject to terms and conditions as determined by the supplier / organizer.

  16. Manulife has the sole and absolute discretion in, according to relevant clauses of the Terms and Conditions, determining a person’s eligibility to receive the Prize(s). If Manulife discovers at any time, whether after or during the Campaign Period, that any person has failed to comply with the Terms and Conditions, Manulife is entitled to disqualify the person from participating in the Lucky Draw and receiving the Prize(s).

  17. Manulife reserves the right to interpret the Terms and Conditions. In case of any disputes, Manulife’s decision shall be final and conclusive.

  18. Privacy Statement
    Participating in the Lucky Draw will serve as the participant's consent to accept the Terms and Conditions and Manulife’s Personal Information Collection Statement, and agree to receive communications relating to the Lucky Draw, including Winners notifications. For Manulife’s Statement of Privacy Policy and Personal Information Collection Statement, please refer to https://www.manulife.com.hk/en/individual/privacy-policy.html. Manulife hereby notifies the participants that personal information will be collected and used for the Lucky Draw’s purpose, which include without limitation to the administration of the Lucky Draw, placing in the entry list of the Lucky Draw, drawing the Winners, contacting participants on Winners notification, announcing the Winners list and identity verification of the Winner upon Prize(s) redemption etc.

    Whilst provision of personal data by the participant for this Lucky Draw is voluntary, failure to supply personal data by the participant will result in Manulife unable to recognize the participant as an Eligible Participant, and consequently unable to enroll the participant to this Lucky Draw.  Manulife retains the rights to contact the participant concerning this Lucky Draw, irrespective of the participant’s consent status to Direct Marketing as detailed in Manulife’s Personal Information Collection Statement.

  19. If there is any discrepancy between the information contained in the promotional materials and the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

  20. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

  21. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Hong Kong Courts have exclusive jurisdiction if any dispute arises.
