1. Discount code “MANULIFEHEALTH” applied only in “Manulife Health e-Store” operated by MediConCen, starting from July 22 to December 31, 2024 (both dates inclusive), by participating in the Promotion, the participants are deemed to have read, accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (including the Terms & Conditions of the HKTVmall Gift Voucher Redemption Code).
2. Using the discount code "MANULIFEHEALTH" to purchase health checkup services at "Manulife Health e-Store" will entitle you to the following vouchers:
   a.    Purchasing the Manulife Standard Health Check Package (Male / Female) at a discounted price of HK$950 would receive HKTVmall HK$200 shopping voucher.
   b.    Purchasing the Manulife Superior Health Check Package (Male / Female) at a discounted price of HK$1,400 would receive HKTVmall HK$300 shopping voucher.
   c.    Purchasing the Manulife Exclusive Health Check Package (Male / Female) at a discounted price of HK$3,700 would receive HKTVmall HK$500 shopping voucher.
   d.    Purchasing the Manulife Executive Health Check Package (Female only) at a discounted price of HK$4,700 would receive HKTVmall HK$700 shopping voucher.
   e.    Purchasing the Manulife Executive Health Check Package (Male only) at a discounted price of HK$4,700 would receive HKTVmall HK$700 shopping voucher.
3. Within fourteen days of successfully purchasing the above health checkup services, you will receive the redemption letter with redemption code via email address provided during the registration.
4. The redemption letter, voucher is non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash, other products or services. If there is any loss, damage, or failure to use before expiry, no replacement, refund or extension of the Experience shall be made.
5. Terms & Conditions of the HKTVmall Gift Voucher Redemption Code:
   a.    You must log in to HKTVmall account to redeem the HKTVmall vouchers.
   b.    This e-Gift voucher can only be used for online purchase at HKTVmall through its website (www.hktvmall.com) or mobile applications. (This e-Gift voucher is not applicable on shopping in HKTVmall O2O shop, online shopping at HKTV Lite, payment by HKTVpay, transactions made at HKTV Wet Market Express, or any add on app or service)
   c.    The redemption code can only redeem the assigned quantity and amount of HKTVmall vouchers.
   d.    The redemption code can only be redeemed once.
   e.    Once the redemption code is redeemed successfully, the HKTVmall e-Gift vouchers will be sent into your account and it cannot be transferred to other accounts.
   f.     This e-Gift voucher cannot be used to purchase HKTVmall e-Gift voucher, Pre-Sale Fruits (O2O Pickup Only), AXA Insurance products, all products in gift card & e-voucher category (including Google Play Gift Code, App Store & iTunes Gift Card and music platform, streaming and gaming gift card).
   g.    The redemption code/ e-Gift voucher cannot be exchanged to cash or Mall Dollar cash rebate.
   h.    The redemption code cannot be used to settle any delivery charges and/ or extra charges arising from merchant delivery.
   i.     No refund or exchange for Mall Dollar will be made for any unused balance of the e-Gift voucher.
   j.     Maximum of 10 e-Gift vouchers can be used in each order.
   k.    Hong Kong TV Shopping Network Company Limited is not responsible for lost or stolen of the redemption code or e-Gift voucher.
   l.     Terms and conditions is applied for the HKTVmall e-Gift voucher.
   m.   In case of any disputes, Hong Kong TV Shopping Network Company Limited reserves the right to make the final decision.
6. Manulife (International) Limited (Incorporated in Bermuda with limited liability) reserves the right to change, terminate or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice. Manulife’s decision shall be final and conclusive.
