Festive opening hours for customer service centres and hotlines

Please note that our Customer Service Centres are open Monday to Friday between 10am and 5pm effective from December 3, 2020 until further notice, while our Customer Service Hotlines continue to run from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

As the festive season comes, our service centres and service hotlines will close early on the following days:

December 21 (Monday) – early close at 3:30pm

December 24 (Thursday) – early close at 12:30pm

December 31 (Thursday) – early close at 12:30pm
